Ryan put together a comparative market analysis that showed the homes that had recently sold near me and compared them to our home. He also informed us of what proof to take to our assessment meeting to show how our home was much different than the newly remodled homes that had just sold. Thanks to his advice our tax assessment was lowered by $19000.00. Besides selling real estate they are there to advise and make recommendations on any real estate questions you might have.
